Borrowing Information
Onoway Public Library is a member of Yellowhead Regional Library. Because of its membership in Yellowhead Regional Library, Onoway is also a member of The Regional Automation Consortium (TRAC) and of The Alberta Library (TAL). Our participation in The Alberta Library gives Onoway Public Library customers access to 15 million items in over 230 Alberta libraries. This means that members of Onoway Public Library may borrow and return books at any Alberta library.
To obtain a library borrower’s card for those who are under 18 years of age their parent must come in to sign the card to accept responsibility for lost or damaged items and all fines incurred.
If you lose your library card please contact the library immediately to avoid the unauthorized use of your card.
If you move, or change your phone number or email address, please notify us as soon as possible in order to keep your file up to date.
